If I put the browser, Google Chrome, recognized them well, there was no incompatibility with the software and I have not been able to fix it, but it is a problem of the tablet or software, the reader works like a charm

The product is exactly as the seller indicates. Works correctly, but the USB cable is only charging. To send to PC you need to use the USB dongle that comes in the box.
